I look at my desk and wonder at the amount of paper that I am still surrounded by! Why is it that when I'm on the phone, I'm still making notes on paper? An easy answer is that I'm accustomed to holding the phone with one hand and writing, while listening, with the other. Typing takes two hands, for me, and writing only one.
